Chief
Meet Chief, a loving and spirited sweetheart! This darling boy is not only clever and energetic but gets along fantastically other other female dogs. Chief has also cohabitated peacefully with two male dogs that were smaller than him. Chief would thrive in an active home with another medium to high-energy dog or as the only dog with plenty of exercise. Because of his energy level, Chief is seeking an adult-only home or those with children aged teens and above. Chief is crate and house-trained, making the transition to his furever home even smoother, especially with his food motivation! His favorite activities include playing fetch, tossing his durable toys in the air, and chewing on a peanut butter-filled Kong. If you can throw a tennis ball, you’ll have a friend for life in Chief! Chief is friendly and super affectionate. He cherishes his people and delights in snuggles and belly rubs. Chief sleeps contently in his crate through the night but prefers the companionship of his humans as much as possible during the day.
