Right before the New Year, Pinky was officially adopted by her foster family.
Maverick’s journey started in South Carolina and led him to his furever home in North Carolina!
Birdie has found her furever home and now goes by Zoey. 💕 She’s already answering to her adoptive name (and to Zo Zo and “pretty girl,” too).
Do you remember the tiny 4 week old puppy we rescued? That little baby has officially found her furever family!
Cletus spent a long time waiting at the shelter, so we were thrilled when a foster stepped up for him. Just a few days later, a family who had met him at the shelter reached out. They couldn’t stop thinking about him and wanted to make him theirs!
Shine was rescued in North Carolina and now calls Maine home. She’s loving every minute of it!

Elle looks perfectly content curled up by the fireplace on her soft bed… but what she really wants is a home of her own.
She’s been with our rescue since February 2025, quietly waiting for someone to choose her. This 8 year old has the gentlest soul and the sweetest brown eyes. She’s calm, affectionate, and happiest just being near her people. No chaos, no drama - just steady, loyal love. ❤️
Elle gets along well with other dogs and would also be perfectly happy as your one and only. She’s fostered in North Carolina with transport is available to her adoptive home.

Bruno update! 🐾 We’re still working to reach our goal to cover Bruno’s emergency visit to repair the tendon in his paw.
We still need $1065 to fully cover his bill.
Bruno is such a champ. ❤️ He’s recovering well, trying very hard to be active, and only has a slight limp as he continues healing. He’s absolutely on the right path to recovery and hopefully to finding his furever home, too.

Bruno had emergency surgery Thursday night. 🐾
He severely cut his front paw and had to be rushed to the ER, where he went under anesthesia for surgical repair. He’s home now and expected to fully recover, but the bill came to just over $2,000. 🩺
