Pearl has been adopted! She will never again be forgotten or neglected as you can see from her shelter photos she has come so far. Her forever family loved her before she was even able to make her way to Maine as they eagerly waited for her to be able to travel (COVID19) after adopting her, for weeks. They stayed in close contact with her as Pearls foster momma sent regular updates, photos and video of Pearl so her new family wouldn’t miss a thing!!! Pearl now has a wonderful new family and a Brother former Underhound himself River!!! We are so happy and excited to see these two become the best of friends happy tails Pearl.

Vinny who worked so very hard to trust and overcome so many years of neglect with his very patient and loving foster momma has been adopted🎊🍾🎉. Vinny deserves the very best. His new family is well versed in the ways of senior poms that can be grumpy persnickety old men and embrace the chance to love another one as they have in the past. Craig is a Zupan! If you don’t remember back when this boy became an Underhound look back in his album to see how far he has come, from sad broken hearted and forgotten by so many to loved and part of the family! Craig will forever know love as he has been adopted by Underhound’s own Zupan family, he will join not only his human siblings but also two Underhound siblings as well. Craig will never again know what it feels like to be scared and overlooked. Congratulations Craig sweet gentle bully boy.

Bertie has been adopted. His first night with his new family was great! They are in love!! Bertie has a new human sister; a sweet 10 year old who wrote a two page essay on why their family was ready to adopt a dog, who he slept with the whole first night in his new home💙🐾💙🐾. His new family says “he is sweeter than we could have imagined”. They already took him for a walk in the nature preserve and His sister taught him how to play fetch. Happy tails sweet sweet blue eyed Bertie. We love you, Penny.

Dora found her family today.. A new Mom & Dad, a fur brother, Gage and a kitty brother, Pippin. She will go on many adventures & hikes. She will live on a country rd, with chickens, a big yard, unlimited tennis balls n toys. She will be loved and trained to be a good girl.
