Penny is home! After being found alone walking in the middle of the road in North Carolina, this gal will never know the feeling of abandonment again. Penny was nursed back to health by her foster family and once feeling like a new dog she quickly found her family. Penny’s family reports that she is a busy body and gets along with everyone. She is enjoying long walks and long naps by the fireplace. Happy tails Penny!
